Better cycle lanes in the city centre

I find that the roads in the centre feel unsafe to cycle on as there's not always a designated cycle path. I think it would be really helpful to have resurfaced roads with new paintwork on to create routes for cyclists so they aren't cycling on the same road as cars.

Why the contribution is important

Encourage more people to cycle over driving and other, less sustainable modes of transport. It will also promote healthier living.

    I rarely cycle in the centre at the moment as I feel like there isn't any space for cyclists to go - it feels very dangerous but with designated cycle lanes, I believe it would encourage more people to cycle.
