More bike hangars

In order to promote more sustainable modes of travel in Sheffield, I believe it is really important to increase the amount of bike hangars that we have. There is a lot of bike theft around the northern parts of Somerset so having a space like this would really benefit the area and residents. 

This will help to reduce traffic on the streets and encourage more people to cycle and exercise more.
