Better infrastructure for cycling

It would be really good to see some more funding going to cycling infrastructure. The roads are very car-focussed at the moment and it doesn't feel safe travelling around on my bike. Perhaps we should consider adding cycle lanes to the main roads between villages as a start.

To ensure the safety of residents and promote more sustainable modes of travelling.
