Better dog waste facilities in parks

I love to go for walks in the parks around Sheffield but it is ruined by dog owners leaving their poo bags on trees and on the side of paths, or not picking waste up at all. I think we should have more poo bins that are regularly emptied. 

Why the contribution is important

It is important to keep places of natural beauty clear of waste so everyone can enjoy these spaces.

    I walk here all the time and am disgusted that people leave their dog litter all over the place. I hope that introducing more bins and more frequent emptying will encourage people to dispose of their dog mess appropriately.
